From boat ramps to fishing piers, pavilions to nature trails, Coastal Tech has the experience needed to transform the ordinary to an extraordinary environmentally-balanced resource park. In conjunction with waterfront park development, we have developed and implemented site master plans; teamed to provide biological and habitat assessments; prepared funding applications; provided design, permitting and construction phase services for hiking and bike paths, pavilions, over walks, boat and air boat ramps, docks, bulkheads, shoreline stabilization structures, and dune and beach nourishment.

In 1992, Coastal Tech received a commendation for the design of Treasure Shores Oceanfront Park (in Indian River County) and in 1993 Coastal Tech was awarded “Project of the Year” from the Space Coast Chapter of ASCE for the Indian River County Environmental Learning Center (ELC) site design, which included development of a 51 acre stormwater management demonstration project on Wabasso Island in Indian River County. Coastal Tech continues to perform services for the expansion of the ELC .
